359. We are obligated to build Zion – George Q. Cannon quote, 1883

Joseph said in the beginning that it was the duty of the Elders of this Church to labor constantly to build up Zion and not to build up that which is opposed to Zion. That embodies in these few words the policy that we should observe.

Boom! Blueprint for building Zion was already revealed to the prophets?!! I was thunderstruck by this book. Building Zion involves the application of strategic economics? We've been neglecting our duty for over 100 years? What is going on?The long lost principles in this book are like the Sword in the Stone, half buried in moss and overgrowth. The truth has been here all along, we just haven't recognized it.
